Why the notice appears
Some official destinations for KipTeiTei comics are marked Mature by their publishing platform. This fan-made site keeps its own writing non-explicit and SafeSearch-clean, but cannot change or control the creator’s official pages.
The notice appears only after a visitor clicks a marked source link. It explains that the destination contains mature (18+) material and asks the visitor to continue only if they are old enough and viewing is legal where they live.
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KipTeiTei. The notice is a navigation warning, not a claim to speak for the creator or external host.
How to avoid opening a mature source
You can use the tracker, read guides and review metadata without opening an official comic destination. A source link is optional; on-site pages are not hidden behind an age gate.
If you do not want to visit the platform, choose “Go back” in the notice or continue using tools. Do not follow a source link if viewing is not legal for you or you are below the applicable age.
Without JavaScript the notice cannot intercept navigation. The link behaves normally and the adjacent “18+ source” label remains visible.
The 30-day browser acknowledgement
When a visitor chooses to continue, the browser can remember that choice for 30 days in local storage. It is kept in that browser profile and is not sent as an account or age-verification document.
The acknowledgement is a self-attestation, not identity verification and not a guarantee that viewing is lawful. It can be cleared in browser settings and is excluded from progress backups.
If storage is blocked, the site may ask again after each marked click. It should not treat a failed write as permanent approval.
Content hosted on this website
The companion does not embed, upload, mirror, hotlink, screenshot, thumbnail or OCR comic pages, covers, character images or Patreon posts. It stores metadata and official destination URLs; it does not display third-party media.
Series descriptions are neutral and avoid sexual descriptions, bodies, fetishes, suggestive wording and plot summaries. Character entries require adult-in-story confirmation, reviewed neutral summaries and verification dates.
Questions about a source link can be sent through the Contact page. Read the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy for related boundaries.
A clear choice before leaving
When supported, the notice uses a native dialog and offers a clear continue or go-back action. Continuing opens the selected external page in a new tab with safe opener settings. Page content remains visible to visitors and search engines.
The official destination can change. The publishing platform remains responsible for its labels, access terms and controls. Contact the operator if a marked link appears incorrect.
This notice supports an informed choice; it is not a substitute for parental controls, legal advice or the official platform’s own policies.
The acknowledgement is stored only to reduce repeated interruptions in the same browser. It is not shared with the artist, a platform or another site. A visitor can clear it with other local browser data, and a new browser profile may ask again.
People who do not want mature-source links can stay with the text tools and series summaries. The on-page material is not hidden, and the notice is not displayed automatically when a page loads. The choice to visit an official destination remains with the visitor.
