KipTeiTei Reading Tracker is an unofficial index and navigator. It is designed not to host, upload, embed, hotlink, mirror, thumbnail, screenshot or OCR the artist’s work. A valid concern from KipTeiTei, a rights holder or an authorized representative will be treated seriously.

This page describes the site’s response process in plain language and is not legal advice. A qualified lawyer should review it for the operator’s jurisdiction and any applicable notice-and-counter-notice requirements.
Information that helps assess a report
Identify the work or material at issue and provide the exact URL on this site where it appears. Explain why you believe it infringes or should be removed. Include the name and contact details of the rights holder or authorized representative and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
If you are the artist, say so and identify the relevant series or destination. You do not need to attach a comic page or send artwork. A link to the official source and the page URL on this site is usually enough to locate a metadata or link issue.
Only send personal information needed to assess the request. The operator should restrict access to the notice and retain it only as long as necessary to respond or meet a legal obligation.
Review, response and target timing
The operator aims to acknowledge a complete request within five business days and to assess it promptly. This is a response target, not a guarantee of a legal outcome. A straightforward request may be resolved by removing or correcting a link or metadata field.
While a good-faith dispute is reviewed, the operator may temporarily remove the relevant entry or disable a destination link. The site will not require a rights holder to prove more than is reasonably needed to locate the material and evaluate the request.
If the request is incomplete, the operator may ask for clarification. The operator should explain what additional detail is needed and avoid publicly disclosing the requester’s contact information.
Counter-notice and repeat issues
If a link or record was removed in error, the affected person may email the operator with the URL, the reason they believe the material was permitted and a reliable contact route. The operator will review that response and any applicable legal requirements before restoring anything.
The operator may restrict repeated submissions that are abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to a legitimate rights concern, while preserving the ability of a rights holder to make a valid report. Reports are evaluated on their content rather than on a reader’s disagreement with a series description.
No comic artwork is accepted as an upload through this process. The purpose is to locate and address the site’s own metadata or link, not to receive a copy of the work.

For general questions, use the Contact page. For privacy requests, refer to the Privacy Policy. A copyright request should identify the specific URL and the rights concern so it can be handled without delay.
The project’s core limits remain: no hosted art, no fabricated page links, visible unofficial status and a clear mature-source notice on official destinations. The operator may remove a link even when it is technically public if a valid request or safety concern justifies doing so.
